We want you to love your BLUNT umbrella, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. All returns must include original packaging and tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place your umbrella back into its original protective tube or box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
